A pillar of Still Here jeans is ensuring a perky butt. I’d go so far as to say we try to “give butts to the butt-less” with attention to detail in the back construction of our 5 pocket jeans. An immense amount of thought is given to the proportions back there: pocket placement, size, back yolk size, etc… all to support a perfect vintage looking wedgie fit and good ass.
But dare I say it.. sometimes the outfit is not about the butt.
My favorite pair of jeans are 3 sizes too big on me. They sit much lower than intended, allowing for a perfect bagginess in the leg, and a generous 6” drop in the crotch. The tradeoff is extra drape in the butt, or as I call it: saggy ass “ass-less”.
This is the cost for wearing baggy or drop crotch jeans; both essential pants that from the front can do no wrong. But in the butt, you need some imagination for where the butt begins and ends, and that is okay. Sometimes the back of your look is none of your business.
Here is a compilation of images that inspire roomy behinds:
Some days are for good butt dressing and some aren’t.
